Cancellation Policy for Driftwood Tree Services
At Driftwood Tree Services, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our tree management services:
Cancellation Notice
We kindly request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Rescheduling
Clients are welcome to reschedule their appointment without penalty if they provide at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a 20% rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an unforeseen event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive fees in genuine emergencies.
Weather-related Cancellations
In the event of unsafe weather conditions, Driftwood Tree Services reserves the right to cancel or postpone services. In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available time without any fees.
Refund Policy
If you have prepaid for a service and cancel in accordance with the above guidelines, a full or partial refund (depending on the timing) will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
